Day shift work schedule is 7:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Thursday.
Swing shift hours are from 5:30PM to 11:30PM Monday through Friday. (Day shift training) Must be able to train during the day for 1 to 3 months.
Weekend Shift work 36 hrs/paid 40 hours. Must be able to train during the day for 1 to 3 months.

SMT Operators

This position performs the function of operating and or programming surface mount assembly equipment. This includes using either a manual, semi-automatic or automatic solder paste stencil machine; loading the proper components onto a Europlacer or Mydata pick and place machine; operating the reflow oven; and performing quality inspections at each stage to ensure correct assemblies are produced.

Requires prior experience operating surface mount equipment (of any make)
Requires good English skills
Must have Ability to identify components
Must be able to understand PID
A plus if you know how to program pick and place machines (prefer Europlacer and Mydata but not required)
Needs IPC_610 Class 3 certified soldering
Ability to provide quality control line inspection

Wage of $10.00 to $15.00/hr depending on experience for candidates with SMT machine operation experience. $1/hr shift differential paid when working swing. ESP is a friendly non-smoking environment. Benefits
